The pain of loss will always be a piece of you, in a secret section of your heart. After all, from the beginning of knowing you were pregnant, you had all sorts of hopes and dreams invested in this new little life. You carried it close to your heart and it was a part of you mentally, physically, and emotionally.

Find ways to express your grief. Talk about the baby to people who will understand your need to talk. Begin journaling about the baby, about learning of your pregnancy, how you felt physically and emotionally, how your life began to change. Do something constructive in memory of that little person -- plant a special bush in your yard or contribute to a charity that helps other women going through this or check at the library about donating a children's book or a book for pregnant moms or a book about dealing with loss.

My heart goes out to you.

Dear One, please know that my heart is with you in your time of loss. The inevitable stress this has produced is much more than anyone can possibly realize, yet please know that since it is God who created your child, it is He and His angels who now care for your baby and will take the best care possible in Heaven. He knows why it had to happen this way and God is never wrong. There are circumstances that materialize that can cause complications for a new soul that is coming to experience life in this world. If you would like to know more about this, from a spiritual perspective, please let me know and I would be glad to discuss this further with you. In the meantime, please know that it is not your fault that this happened. You must put your mind and heart at ease in this situation knowing that your child continues to live in a world far more beautiful in Heaven than we could ever experience here on Earth. Your Love for one another will continue throughout time as Love never dies. May God bless you and I send many hugs and blessings to you and your child.
