Born Abroad and cannot find a Birth Certificate
I was born in Bremerhaven Germany on a US Army Base Hospital, to parents that were not America Citizens at that time. My father was in the US Military. How do I obtain a copy of the Foreign Visa/Passport they used to bring my back to the US as well as a copy of my birth ceritificate? It can not be found here in the US, I have tried several times. I was able to get the hospital records but nothing else. I need to get this info in order to obtain a U.S. Passport.

You have to contact the state department in Washington, DC to get that. They will give you one document to prove your birth so don't lose it. A friend of mine born in Japan had the same problem getting birth certificate.
