    Desperately looking for a children's movie :)
    Hi everybody,

    I'm desperately looking for the title of this movie I used to watch with my sister when we were little. Only problem being: I have no clue about the title, actors,. Not even the story! I was quite small when I watched it, so I'm going to give you as many details as I can remember:

    The main character was a blonde boy with glasses and a yellow raincoat. The movie started with this boy on his BMX bike and he gets picked on because he is too afraid to ride his bike over this wooden board and jump...

    Then it starts to rain very hard and he goes to this library... what happens next, I don't remember but at some point, the movie suddenly changes from regular movie to cartoon...

    The movie ends with this big flood in the library and the cartoon changes to regular movie again. In the end the boy is no longer afraid to ride over the wooden board...

    I know it has something to do with wizards and stuff like that... :$

    I'm really sorry it's so vague but it's really all I can remember. I think it should be from begin - mid 90's...
