    Bankruptcy and levy
If the judgment debtor filed a bankruptcy paper, do you think I still can levy his bank account?

If the judgment debtor filed bankruptcy, an automatic stay prevents all creditor attempts to collect from the debtor or from property of the estate. You should have received a notice from the bankruptcy court. To avoid trouble, you should consult with a competent collection or bankruptcy lawyer.

No after they file bankrutpcy you can not attach their bank account.
You as the debtor will receive notice from the court about the bankruptcy and have the right to contest their filing if you have grounds.
