    Totally bad highlights
I had one of my friends highlight my hair yesterday. My hair is usually a dark blond and I decided to get light blond highlights. Well the highlights aren't even and some of them are much brighter than the rest. What would the easiest and cheapest way be to get my natural hair back again?

Sounds like you had an unfortunate mishap. My best advise at this point would be to bite the bullet and get your hair corrected by a professional. You owe it to yourself to put your best image out there, and your hair is not one of the things you should put a low budget on. I understand not having a lot of money, but there is other ways to get a pro to do your hair. If you have a skill that a hair designer might be interested in then trade out for hair services. That's what I do with my stylist. I take care of her retail products and she does the works for me. Just a suggestion. Don't make the same mistake twice by trying to fix the botched highlight job. Good luck.
