Then, right before quitting, say 2 days or so, you switch brands of cigarettes to something you can't stand. So, I smoked Basic Menthol Light 100s... I switched to Marlboro Reds.

Although I love my daughter, yesterday, while I was at school (she got home before me), she cleaned out the ashtray, and dumped all the trash... so I can't even scavage for butts...

Want to know a REALLY effective way to NOT want to smoke?

Have your weather's daily high be UNDER 0 degrees Fahrenheit. With a windchill. And then HAVE to smoke outside.

I don't care HOW bad I want one today, I'm not going outside to have one. Our HIGH today is 1 degree---without the windchill. Our high tomorrow is -1.

So... yeah.
