What to do with a judgement
I received a judgement today from local police dept. stating to pay them or risk garnishment of wages. After looking the judgement I noticed my employers address is wrong.
Would this be a reason to vacate the judgement?

What have you been doing in the meantime before they got the judement?

Just because the address is wrong and you have it vacated they can simply peitition the court to correct the scrivener's error and you'll have a judgment all over again against you.

I don't understand what the employer's address has to do with vacating a judgement. Is the judgement against you? If you received a copy of the summons and complaint in the correct manner, then the judgement would seem to be proper.
