If you have been trying for 3 years and you have been given the all clear by your doctor, it is time your husband get checked. Infertility affects men as much as it does women.

You need to track your ovulation. Are your periods regular? Meaning about 28 days? Having intercourse every other night is better than every night.

Are you taking vitamins that contain folic acid? If not, I would start that today.

If it has been 3 years as you say, you may need to be sent to a fertility specialist for further testing and possible assistance with medications such as Clomid.

I have already. Please look above.

As stated, since it has been 3 years, you may have to see a fertility specialist... both of you.

I recommed reading the book Taking Charge Of Your Fertility . I'm in the middle of reading it now. It explains how to track your periods and know when you are ovulating. So, you will know exactly when your peak days to get pregnant.

Did you check out that site by clicking on the blue words? It explains everything you need to know there.

Ruby hun. It's not necessary to post the same thing over and over again.

As I stated before, I guess you didn't read it... It's better NOT to have sex every night, every other night will suffice, every third or fourth night is fine too, but NOT every night.

The prenatal vitamin that contains folic acid will not help you get pregnant faster, but will aid in prevention of neural tube defects such as spina bifida should you get pregnant and not know it.

As mjl suggested, read the book, and, again... It may be necessary for you and your husband to visit a fertility specialist.
