For the past couple of months I've had scenes of a movie in my head and I can't, for the life of me, figure out what movie it came from!

I remember watching it in the mid 90's. It was on HBO repeatedly.

It was about this girl, she was elementary school age. She had no friends. She rode the bus to/from school everyday. She got teased a lot. She lived in a big house and didn't get much attention. She barely talked. The main thing I can really remember about this movie is that she got her records taken away from her by either the help of the house or her mother, I can't remember. And I remember that she would play outside of her big house with huge shrubs and garden helpers around. She wasn't treated very well and there wasn't a lot to the movie if I recall lol but it's been bothering me so much!

I hate that I can't remember more about this movie. I wish I could.
