    Claiming Newborn on 2007 taxes
    I had my baby on Dec 18th 2007. I wanted to know how would I claim her onmy 2007 taxes when I don't have a social security number for her yet?

    Have you filed for a social security number? You should get one fairly quickly so just wait until it comes and then file.

    I believe I just answered this via PM.

    Wait for the SSN. If you applied in December, you should get it before the end of January.
