    Custody of my son
I am trying to get divorced from my abusive ex we have a 3 year old son I want full custody of him in a way where this man can never see us or talk to us again he left me and the baby to be evicted while he just moved to a different state he calls me to harass me and when I call him for financial help for our son I have to argue with him and tell him I am going to take him to court to get anything from him any other times he lies and gives excuses and he tells me he sends money and I never get it he doesn't call to speak to his son or anything there as even times when he just wanted to talk to me and told me he would call his son later and he would never call he is too busy going to clubs and buying himself things its not healthy for him to be in my or my sons life how can I go about doing this ?

It is not going to happen the way you want.

You file for divorce, and can file for full custody and child support, you can ask that he does not get visits. He will fight it, and ask for this or that.

If you can prove hie is a danger to the child, you may get supervised visitation, and perhaps if you can prove his harassment force all the pick up of the child to be done though a third party.

But the child is his also, and he will have rights to visit and an obligation to pay child support.

Why are you not filing in court for custody already, that needs to be done ASAP

I would think divorce on grounds of abandonment would be easy. Same goes for the custody. After you get sole custody, move and change phone numbers to help prevent him from finding you.
