    Good response Biggie.

I would search this site for a lot of additional information pertaining to this subject.

Also, If I understand this part of your question; yes you can open a company to do commercial and residential cleaning and also perform other services such as painting, pressure cleaning, blind cleaning, carpet cleaning, etc.

Actually I have owned a commercial cleaning for over 15 years and we provide labor manpower, temporary workers, and drivers for handicapped persons, plus many other services not directly related to cleaning.

When you incorporate, there are usually questions asking what work/service you intend to perform, however expansion on that is not a problem.

You can call the busienss anything you want, You may not want to call it Disneyland, but a name is just a name.

What you do want to do, is find if there is any special license beyond just a business license needed for any of the specific jobs you wish to do.

In some areas, you may need EPA approval to do pressure washing and have some type of waste water recovery system ( city or county laws, not state) In some areas you will need a building permit for each house you paid, in others you won't. So so much will depend on your specific area.

A long talk with the building and code people, the business licnese department of your local government and so on will be your first starts
