    DNA Fraud I think?
    Hello,

I NEED ADVICE. A few years back I had twin girls with a girl women in Mexico. I supported them and was an active Father returning to Mexico regularly over a period of 4 years. The Mother and I did not marry and hated each others guts, but tolerated the situation between us so the kids had their dad. I was really stupid and never had my kids registered as Americans although I am on the birth certificate and the Mother used my family name for the kids with all documents. She meets a British guy and wants to go to England. I said no way! I will take them to the U S. She tries to take the kids attached to her U K visa until the Brit embassy made her admit the dad was American and they told her to get proper documents as who the real Father is. She admitted to them who the Father was and that I was an active parent. The U S embassy ordered us to have the DNA test done in order to register the kids as Americans and she knew that if that was done, I would never allow her to take the kids to Britain.

The DNA results came back weeks late and stated that I was not the Father. I am 99% sure I am. Here is my suspicions. There were two technicians In the room who took the samples from me and my other daughter {only one daughter since they are identical twins} The Mother and the two technicians left the small room for about 3 to 5 minutes with the blood. They than came back with the labels on the vials. Does this sound right? The Mother had time also before the blood was taken to talk to these two guys? I know it is possible that the kids can look like me and I am not the Father, but they look not just a little, but as carbon copies as everyone says. Mexico is Mexico and I think it may not be so hard for the mother to have made a bribe for the results she wanted as she had the means, the opportunity and the motive. As one lad technician told me in my home state "every time a parent came here for a DNA testing and there was any resemblance to the child, he or she always turned out to be the parent. I know there are always exceptions and nature can be tricky, but what is the opinion here on this? I love my kids...

    Thank you..

You need to get a lawyer there is no way that the test was performed properly. There are other testing sites. They will not stand up in court but, it will let you know that she/somone indeed switched the vials. Then your lawyer can proceed from there.
