    Chest fat
    Hi ,
    I'm 5' 11.5" and my weight is 90.
    I have lose chest.
    I often feel awkward when I go out I tried to work out but no changes could you suggest me a solution as soon as possible

    You need to gain some wright first as anyone whether it be man or woman of your height should not weigh 90 lbs. (I assume you meant pounds) This is a very dangerous situation for your body.

    You weigh 90 pounds or 90 kg?

    90 kg would make more sense (198 pounds)

    Even at this weight, for your height you are considered underweight.

    Did you at one time weigh more and have lost a lot of weight?
