    Hello girl:

    Yup. Go down to your family court on Monday. I'll bet they got tons of stuff on how to get through your legal system.

    Course, if your ex hires a lawyer, you're going to be screwed.

    Do it this way only if there is no property, no alimony, and no children. Have you heard of the courthouse?

    They should also allow you to look at other cases to see paperwork that has been filed in those cases to guide you with forms etc... you can make copies for a price to assist you.

    As already mentioned, it gets a lot messier if children are involved or if other side has lawyer.
