    It would be hard to tell, not sure what county that is in, and if that county has any records online.

    But you go to the courthouse in that county, they can tell you several things. First you go to the recorder of deeds and find who is listed on the deed, you can also find if there is a lien on the property.
    Then you can go to the tax department and see where the tax bill is being sent.
