Friend startving herself to be skinny
I have this friend who has wanted to be skinny for a long time and I keep telling her to exercise like I do and she was just about to take my advice until my other friend who had starved herself before and is now skinny told her to do what she did and starve herself. What do I say to make her stop this foolish choice?

Okay its very bad to starve yourself to be skinny ask her why she wants to be skinny if its to look pretty then she shouldn't be starving herself there are other ways to become skinny but they take time just supprot her and give her your friendship because you can never make anyone stop umless they stop for themselves

You need to let someone know, being anerxic is horrible, they never think they are skinny enough, in their eyes they still see themselves as big, so you need to talk to someone before it gets out of hand

If you are teens, tell her parents, heck tell her parents anyway.

U should tell hert that as long as she's healthy she should embrace herself and her body. And if she really wants to be thinner do exercise routines together and go on diets together, so she won't feel bad about it.

And don't compare her to you. It can suck when a friend is like you should do what I do. Make her feel comftorable not insecure

You need to explain to her that starving herself could seriously damage her health, if she healthily balances her diet and excersizes regularly she can control her weight safely, and tone up too! Starving yourself doesn't just affect the size of your body but it affects your brain, stamina, concentration, energy levels, and even your sleeping patterns.
