    Corporate filing
When you are filing corporate files alphabetically, do you file it under the first name of the corporation/business always? For example, when filing for a dr. or dentist office and the name of the business is Dr. Jason Pratt, DDS. do you drop the Dr. and file it under J for Jason or P for Pratt?

I would suggest filing under the last names. That is the way that I have done it and also seen it done. I used to work organizing the files in a doctor's office.
