    Tax filing but no income
    I did not have any taxable income in 2007. Should I file any tax forms?

    If you have NO taxable income, you have NO legal requirement to file.

    If you have either made estimated tax payments or had income taxes withheld from your salary, you may WANT to file to recover those tax payments/withheld taxes.

    If not, you need do NOTHING!
