    Women's One a day vitamin
I have just started taking women's one a day the target brand and just wondering should I take other vitamins as well. It says covers what vitamins women should need but I am unsure. Anyone knows please help me out. :)

You have to be careful when it comes to supplements. Sometimes too much of a good thing can be bad for you. Keep track of what you eat and when for a few days. Then, go to see a doctor and show him/her the record of what you've been eating/drinking. The doctor can help you figure out if your diet gives you the nutrients that you need, as well as giving you an opinion on the vitamins. Everyone is different and has different diet needs to an extent. So, it's good to sit down with a doctor and find out what is right for you. Good luck!
