I met this guy through family once about 7 months ago. He was a surprise to me. I
Really liked him and I know he liked me too. HE had a girlfriend at the time. I'm not sure if he still does anyway I think about him all the time. It's amazing you met someone once and you get all these feelings for someone. He actually had been dating someone for about 10 years which I hear doesn't treat him well. I think I'm with him.I keep saying I hope he is happy and she treats him well. Pretty much I think about his feelings before mine. Anyway how can I get over this!

How old are you lisa?? Sometimes we are taken with someone and have intense feelings that run crazy through our heads. Don't just sit around fantasizing, do other things with your time.

Like Talaniman said, you can't just sit around and fantasize. Thinking about ways to not think about him is still in turn thinking about him. Stop making it about him and go out and do something with your time. Go watch a movie, hang with friends, shoot some pool, introduce yourself to someone new. Sitting around constantly wondering what he is doing, who he's with, and how he's being treated is obviously doing nothing for you. Get out, have a good time! You have to want to stop thinking about him to succeed.
