    Sergiy,

    Just exactly how are you using this term?

    Is the white wire going into a wall switch? I need more of a description just to determine if there is a problem!

    If you open a neutral in the middle of a circuit, and there is a load on it, One will be Neutral and the other will be live. Don't open the neutral.
    Are yoy measuring from ground to neutral on receptacle?
    Like above, can you tell us more?
