    Foreclosure vs bankruptcy
    Which is harder on my credit score? Losing my home or declaring bankruptcy? Also what are the downfalls of both?

    By the time you get to either, your credit will be ruined either way.

    With the foreclosure, of course you still owe them for the money difference so you can stll owe 10's of thousands of dollars, which if you don't pay will end up n a judgement
