    Hkdrvr is absent
    HKDRVR is absent and get message re EPower Utility Initialization. There is no start button on the star program and I cannot go further. What has happened? How to replace?

    What version windows, what model PC, did this just start happening? Was something installed recently? What do you think may have caused this or did it happen out of nowhere?
