    Kenmore Dishwasher foaming and a ?
    I have a model # 665.1765993 Kenmore UltraWash III and it leaks at times, mainly when
    Foam is coming out with it. I just ran some CLR through it, as suggested by CLR(and others online) and it was foaming then too. Did a plain water one after that and then it just leaked a little.

    The seal seems to be OK, although there isn't any black seal/strip on the bottom like there is on the sides and top.

    I was wondering also if there is some type of filter or ? That needs to be cleaned. I don't have a manual and thanks to Sears I can't just download one.

    Are you using a detergent meant for "Automatic Dishwashers"?

    Run a load with just water, but use a 3 or 4 tablespoons of table salt for the detergent. That will get rid of any residual foaming.
