    Yes you can. Sign like breast tenderness, nausea, tiredness, missed your period etc.

    Yes, many women, including myself, do not know they are pregnant for the first few months.

    The first sign/symptom of pregnancy is a missed or absent period. After that, symptoms can mirror premenstrual symptoms, and they include but are not limited to:

    *excessive urination
    *lethargy/tiredness
    *nausea/vomiting
    *headache

    If you suspect pregnancy, take a HPT using first morning urine.
