    Weight pullling
I would like my dog to do some sports you know and I was thinking about weight pulling because he is a very strong dog but I don't want to make a wrong decision so I would like to know how old does the dog has to be for me to put him to pull or if it's a good idea to do it or not like I said I don't want to make a bad decision and hurt the dog so I would like to know everything there is to it

How old is your dog? I think for sports or agility you want to wait at least a year and maybe more depending on your dog. You want to make sure they have stopped growing and that their bones are developed and strong enough to handle that activity. Also see how your dog is acting and if he is enjoying the activity.

You definitely want to wait until the dog is over a year old before doing any strenuous exercises. Don't let him run on pavement or other hard surfaces. The impact is bad. It is best to even discourage jumping. The joints need time to develop.

He is a little over a year and he likes pulling I don't even have to make him he does it because he likes it and he really enjoys it but how much weights should I start him with ? Or running is first

I don't know if these exist but you could try a search in your area to see if there are any training classes for this. Always best to start with an instructor that will be able to observe your dog and give you suggestions as you go along.

Sounds like fun, but it is a specialized area. You may have reached the limits of AMHD. Don't think any the other sites I hang out would be any better. Could be you will have to fall back on a web search.
