Real estate's Basics for Buying Condo in St Paul MN
    Hi there,
How are you people ? I hope you will be doing great. And Happy new year too.
Actually I don't know crap about real estate so I thought I should ask people how that goes.
like, what are the key points before buying a property? I want to buy but I also want to sell that back in a year or so. So what is market value and how it should be determined so agent may not rip me off.
Suppose I can pay 10K for down (Max) and can afford 600$ per month. May be more if value is going to increase. Place to buy is St, Paul, MN.
One more thing, I'm very good at math if proper information is given to me. So you may include math too. :)
    thanks

Contact a realestate agency, tell them what you want, the price range, how much you have down and they will show you what's available in the area you wish.
