    Shower will not turn off - help please
    Help please! I have removed the thermostatic cartridge from my bristan pisa shower and put the same 1 back in, the problem is that when I have turned the water back on the shower will not turn off. Has anyone got any ideas? Any help would be much apreciatted

    Not familiar with that brand. Do they have a customer service phone number?

    They do but they aren't open until tomorrow unfortunately

    You may have installed the cartridge upside down. Try reinstalling, look for marking on the cartridge.
