    Why does my 1990 Honda get all fogged up when it rains or is cold out?

    Use your air conditioner, with the air button set on recirculate. Also, when you turn the heater on, turn the air conditioner on, in order to dehumidify the air. It's somewhat counter-intuitive, but this will prevent the windows from fogging up.
