    What should I do now
Me and my husband was trying for a baby for about a year and I just gave up all hope. Its been and 19 months now and still nothing has happened I'm have been to doctors and they say everything is all right. They put me on oral fertility pills and still nothing. Should I just quit trying and adopt or what should I do?

Has your husband been checked? The male is easier to check for sperm count, etc. Does he take hot baths? (bad) Does he wear tight underwear? (bad)

Then I suggest you relax. Ease up with having sex often and at certain times in your cycle. Just enjoy each other and be spontaneous. Find joy in life with work and play and fun and vacations and reading and movies and eating good food and sleeping well at night.

You've heard all the stories about couples who finally give up getting pregnant and so they get on with life, relax from the intensity of trying to reproduce, adopt a child, and then get pregnant.
