I have blonde AND black hair. And I want to go brown. How do I do it?

Back in January of this year I started dying my hair blonde on top and black underneath.
At that time, it was different, and no one had it. Now it seems everywhere I go I see it now, and I just want to go to more my natural color, which is dirty blonde/brown. But I'm afraid if I do the color stripping or mising bleach in my shampoo then dye my hair brown, it would come out two diff shades, or be two diff colors.. does anyone have any advice on this, besides the common sense thing to go to a salon?

Well I had to get my hair stripped because a hairdresser dyed half of it black by accident. Apparently you can only remove black dye by stripping it. I was very scared at first because I heard it turned your hair to straw. Wel I had it done today and it took all the black out and my hair is in better condition than before. It was a at home hairdresser who done it for me using effasor hair colour remover. This may work to remove ththe colour. And my colour came out evenly. However it is now quite golden/auburn and needs to be dyed brown but it should be easy enough. I would recommend this just from personal experience.

    Hope it helps.

Haha SAME problem here chickie. I was one of the only people to have blonde and black hair and I'm getting mine back to brown next week... I'm getting my hair all stripped then I'm dying it brown. It will work :] trust me. I can actually do everything myself but my parents are getting angry with me always dying my hair.. so yeah. I got to get it done professionally. So! My idea is to do what I'm doing and just get your hair stripped then dyed whatever color you want it to be :] otherwise just bleach the bottom of your hair.. the part that's black.
