    Who has the right to sell house
    The deed is in my friend's name also
    The mortgage is in my name
    I recently signed with realtor to sell the house
    Do I need both of us permission or just my signatures are okay with realtor:confused:

    You can list the house with the realtor with only your signature, however when it comes time to close on the house, both signatures will be required.
