Login after switched to Workgroup on XP
    Hi there,
At home, I use a workgroup to link 3-XP based PCs, under "MSHOME" (works perfectly).
At work, I use a Laptop which is part of the corp. domain. (works perfectly).

I needed to link my laptop to my home network, so I have switched my domain based laptop to the workgroup "MSHOME". At the end, I restarted the Laptop as requered.

But now I can not login. The opsys does not recognize any of my username/pw authentication.

(I am the administartor on the Domain, as well as on the Workgroup).

Any idea of what had occurred, and how to get out of this situation?
Is there a default username/pw for XP that I may use to logon the system?

    I would appreciaet your advice

    Thanks
    Sam

I am having a similar problem with my PC -- login issues

You need to reboot your computer into safe mode

And login to administrator account -- safe mode

Then go to Users & Passwords in Control Panel

You should be able to change password

You could try default -- admin and blank(password)
