    Can an employee of a bank discuss my past due account to someone other than myself?
    I feel that my privacy was violated by a financial institute. The employee gave out information on my account. The employee discussed my pastdue account with someone without my permission.

    Another bank employee, the court if asked regarding a law suit, who did they tell and why, There are 100's of reasons they may discuss your info with someone. Even informing the reporting agencies.
