What city is it in, as for as that, what state if in the US and what nation of the world, we have people here from 100's of nations all over the world.

And have you googled their web site ( if they have one) also call their number, often when places are closed the will have it on their answering machine

Normally few places unless it is a one man operation close for the entire holidays

I'm in a holiday mood so I did what you should have done, looked them up! This was the closest I found. I couldn't find anything about holiday hours. But if this is who you mean a phone number is provided. I can't imagine, then not having some sort of answering machine that would announce them being away with an emergency contact.
