    Painful blisters on hands
In the last week I have developed a series of painful blisters on the palms of both hands. They are mainly fluid filled, that if they do burst make the skin all dry and cracked. They are quite painful, especially earlier in the day. I have not knowingly used any different soaps or foods that I have normally and this is the first time I've had them.
I have a relative in intensive care that had MRSA, and the timing of the blisters sort of coincides with me starting to visit him in hospital. Could I have picked up something there or is it an allergic reaction. They are on my hands only, mainly the palm and the "ball" of my hand, near the wrist.
I also have a bad fungal area between one of my toes so could it also be something that has been transferred from there to my hands. They show no sign of abating!

If you have had exposure to MRSA you need to be checked out. Without being able to physically examine these blisters there is no way that we can even guess what it might or might not be. Are these blisters painful? MRSA is usually painful.
