I am a 28 yr old woman. I think I may be pregnant. I have had my last peirod on dec. 5 and it was pretty normal. I have been feeling a fluttery feeling in my stomach and it looks like it is getting bigger. Sometimes get sharp pains. I took a pregnancy test on dec 17 and it was negative but I have been feeling this way for 2-3 months. I have had gallbladder surgery so my stomach always has weird feelings but this is a little different. I found out that I had a cycst in Nov. 06 took Birth control for a month or two and it made me too sick. Went back to the doc in May and it was still there. Even though test is negative can I still be pregnant?

You sure can be pregnant. My own experience I just found out that I am 7 weeks pregnant. I had my lmp on 11/2/07 and up until 2 days ago I kept getting negative home pregnancy test results. 1) you can't get a pos hpt until you're missed period even with those early ones. 2)alot of hpt's won't tell you until your hcg (pregnancy hormone is at least at 50 which varys for every woman. I would wait until you miss a period and retest, if it is still negative I would make another appt. and have a blood test done they are more accurate than a hpt. Good luck to you.
