    So very embarrassing
I feel so weird but this will be my last stop before going to the doctor, I just need an opinion, my problem comes down with my ejaculation its extremely painful and only a drop comes out, I have never been hit there or nothing is it because of my size? I have a good size so I don't get embarrassed but I am with a new person and she actually does give me a weird look whenever I ejaculate. Does anyone know or have an idea of what is happening to me?

    Hello k:

Yeah... I'd get to the doctor ASAP. Coming shouldn't hurt. Don't be embarrassed either! Are you embarrassed when you take your car in?? Nope, you aren't. Ain't no difference.

Have you pleasured yourself or "finished" before the pain of ejaculation?

If it's been 24 hours - you should have "refilled"

If not, and less than a few hours etc. it could be lots of foreplay and blueballs and release #2 hurts...

    If so, see a doc.

Please see a doctor as soon as possible. Pain with ejaculation can be extremely serious.

Yes, painful ejaculation is not normal ever. Now lack of fluid can be if you have ejaculated prior to the last time.

Time for some serious medical attention

Don't be embarrassed to go to the doctor. They deal with this kind of stuff all the time. You may think it's really embarrassing, but trust me, it is nothing compared to what they have encountered. The biggest mistake people can make sometimes is to ignore a serious medical problem out of fear or embarrassement. Please make an appointment as soon as possible. You need to make sure you are OK. Tell the doctor you are embarrassed too. It will help if he knows it is hard for you to talk about this kind of stuff.

Not normal unless she has you in a vise.

Question... is it painful always? Has it always been? When you masturbate? Blah blah blah. It's a sex forum. Don't pretend you don't.

Otherwise, do as all have suggested and see someone about this. It shouldn't be painful, though intense is OK.

Its always painful but when I have sex its even worst, but when I masturbate only a drop comes out, a little drop that's all, but its so painful that I much rather not to have sex because it feel like if someone is ripping my testicles off

There are a few things it could be:

May or may not be any of these however....

You need to see a urologist.

Trust me: there is nothing to be embarassed about. They see this all the time....and waiting is not safe - as a problem may worsen and threaten your pleasure and fertility in the long-term.

Opinions are great, but a professional is better. Run don't walk to the DOC.

Prostatitis is very much a possibility. The suffix -itis means inflammation/swelling, and the prefix, prostate... so prostatitis = inflammation of the prostate, and this can be caused by a number of reasons.

All that said, only a doctor can diagnose and treat properly. Never leave your health to strangers on the internet.

Ahem, I said he needed to see a urologist... but glad to share info.

Yes indeed, I hope you are seeing a doc karma. - (report back on here after you do)

(Actually, if memory serves, J9 "red-ed" me thinking I thought one could get pregnant from anal sex on one thread... (I don't think that!) so, we have to do your best to clarify sometimes to posters - new and old. :-)

If this (older) thread starts getting silly, I will just close it.

If you have nothing helpful to add, especially to a post that is over a month old without a response from the original poster in 3 weeks, please just don't post.

Embarrassing Illnesses [ 11 Answers ]

I have a question to ask about my son, he is 18. For the last few months I have noticed how badly he leaves the toilet smelling after he has opened his bowels. I have never in my life smelt something so horrid. Now I know it has a smell anyway, but this smell is not normal. It's so bad; I have...
