I am about to be put on probation for a misterminor. How do I go about moving from this state to another while still on probation?

You would speak with your probation officer about this. There would be forms that you would need to fill out for the request. If the request is granted, then typically, there will be a fee to pay for the transfer of probation from one state to the next. It's also possible that your request may be denied by the state to which you are wanting to move. It also would probably be a good idea to have your defense attorney that represented you be informed as to what is going on and also act as an adviser/supporter, if that is necessary.

Those are just some generics concerning this that I can think of. Maybe someone else will come along with more specifics for you.
