Why do you want to be fat? Being fat will not change your personality, but will introduce you to a load of health issues, such as diabetes and congestive heart failure, just to name two.

Your roughly between 5'5 or 5'6, off the top of my head, Do you simply want to gain some weight or really "be fat", it really makes a lot of difference. Your age and body type (sm, med. large) are important factors, You are basically slim right now, which is not a bad thing, in fact a lot of people would be envious, but if you simply want to gain a little weight, let us know, there are ways to do this in a healthy, safe fashion, if you want to get "fat", this is not a healthy goal.

If you are worried that you are underweight, consider talking to your doctor. He/she can run tests to see if you are healthy or not. Do you eat regular balanced meals? Write down what you eat for a few days and show it to the doctor. Ask him/her if you are getting enough nutrition. A nutritionist can help you develop an eating plan that is right for you. I wouldn't try to get "fat", as that will put you at risk for health problems, like the folks above mentioned. I think it's a good thing to mention the next time you see your doctor.
