    I can't really help you with this much info... but as far as I know that he likes you so.. if you likes him also ? Why not give it a try?.

    He is a graduate of what? How old is he? How old are you? What does your statement mean, that he always wants to have you? Have you sexually? Or just be with you as a friend? What have you started with him already?
