    That depends on whether your company makes them available online. You have to ask your payroll or HR dept.

    W2 are normally ready by the end of January. If you want to do the base work for your 2007 tax return, you may use info from your last pay stub.

    Agreed!

    I have actually filed tax returns with the check stub instead of the W-2. It's a bit risky, but sometimes it was necessary due to time constraints.
