    Adoption of a spouses child
    My son is a year old and I am now engaged. My son's biological father wants nothing to do with him. My fieancie want's to adopt him since he has been in my son's life since he was three mounths old. I would like to know how we go about doing something like that ?

    You get an attorney to prepare an adoption petition (after you are married). The attorney will prepare all the paerwork including the termination of the bio father's rights.
