    Alienating Child
My boyfriend has a court order to see his son on Saturday's and the child's mother is alienating the child from being with his father. She uses every excuse that the child
Doesn't want to go, he won't get out of her car, when he calls the house to talk to his son she says why are you calling here. Where do we go from here if there is already a court order in place and she violating it. Will she ever get held in contempt for these actions she is doing. Both parties have attornies and this has been going on since Dec 2006 and not getting any better. Please advice is helpful.

Yes he has had a year of supervised visits from last Dec 06 till Aug 07 then they went unsupervised and that is when she said that the child didn't want to go with the father. So they went to supervised with a counseling with them meeting at the courts and now she uses the excuse she can't get the child out of the car for the visits. So this has gone on since the child was 2 1/2 that she has alienating the child and father from seeing one another . That is why he decided to take her to court last Dec. It is frustrating and ridicous
That the courts can't see through her and see the problem is her and brainwashing the child.

That really sucks. So she won't even bring the child in the court to see the counsler. Children are very vunerable at that age and will believe most anything. Most likley she is telling him all kinds of things about his father. My X tried to pull that but my son and I have always been very close and he never believed Him. Its really sad when parents act so childish It only hurts the little one and when they grow up they will know the truth. So the courts are ignoring the situation. Siding with her was there any family vilonce in there relationship?

Since your boyfriend has an attorney he needs to file contempt of court charges on her.

You have been asking numerous questions for awhile on here all relating to basically the same thing.

Bottomline... nothing is going to be done unless he takes steps to get them done. He has an attorney... he needs to use them.
