    They look for jobs at the same place everyone else does, just look for a job they are interested in. Their problem is that with fewer job openings, there are more applications for any one opening, so any issue, being fired, too many jobs, over qualified is a real problem, and being a excon is also a major issue, but all there is to do is keep trying and tryig to sell your good points
