    Fordyce's or Genital warts?
I am 34 and for many years I have had small white bumps at the base of my penis. Lately I have started to worry if I have warts. On Wikipedia they have pictures of Fordyce spots and mine look like them, but is there are good way to tell the difference?

Normally genital warts are not small white dots, but larger growths that often spread fairly easy.

But to know for sure, you go to the doctor and check, if genital warts, they are easy for the doctor to remove
