    Quit claim deed
    I have a question about a quit claim deed.My mother bought a double house and I moved next door.When she bought house she filed a quit claim deed as her being a life tenant.The deed says Marlene Dipirro residing at bert rd grantor and Tami Dipirro( which is me) and Marlene Dipirro as life tenant residing at bert rd grantees.We have had some problems and my mother wants to sell the house what rights do I have on this deed.

    I don't think she can, You own the house,but you can't sell it since she has a life tenancy

    Yes, once she dies you can do anything you want with it. If she voluntarily moves out you can sell it.
