    How much did it cost
    Hello I new to this site and I have a question I was wondering could anyone help me I am 24 and I have 2 kids and me and my husband are trying to get his little girl but we really don't know how to go about doing it can anyone help:(

    Ok, do I understand you had two kids before you married your current husband, and they live with you. Your husband has one child he had before you were married.

    You would like to get custody of that child and have that child live with you? Is that correct?

    If so, the other parent of his child will need to give him custody of that child. He will need to go back to court and have her sign to allow him to have custody. If not, he will need to prove the other parent unfit and get custody ( hard to do unless parent is a danger to child)

    Other than what Fr_chuck said if you can't prove her an unfit parent then you can try for joint custody.

    You can always try for joint custody, ( do yo live in the same town, would getting them to the same school be a problem, what is the relastionship with the other parent)
