Feather Pictures
I have a collection of Praire Pictures that were made at Lidgerwood, ND IN THE 1930S & 1940S By a local artist, Ida Bisek Prokop & were made from wild bird feathers and North Dakota grasses. Can you tell me the monetary value?

I have some pottery water goblets that wer made in North Dakota in the 1930s and was a project done through North Dakota College. They made cereal bowls, goblets & etc and were distributed to schooshospitals & etc! The bottom of the goblets are stamped WPA AND ARE GLASED IN GREEN.YELLOW & BLUE.

If those pottery pieces were made at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, your pieces could have considerable value. It is too bad that when Antiques Roadshow was here this last Summer, you were not there with those pieces and your other items.
Now you can take photos of those items and write in to the Antiques Roadshow and ask for their opinion.
I would not be able to give you an estimate - as you know insurance value often is higher than market value. I would love to see a photo of the Prairie PIctures. A place here in North Dakota to consult might be the Historical Society.
Good luck.

Hi, williewhy!
I needed to move your other posts from this thread to separate threads on their own so that people would notice them more. When you stack new question upon new question within the same thread, then because people are really just noticing the title of the original one at the top of the page, your other questions might not get noticed at all. This place doesn't operate like a chat room.
Please don't just keep asking questions about different subjects on the same thread.
Thank you!
